The Driving Machine has serviced all our BMWs (I've lost count) over the past 25+ years. When we were in the market for a used BMW for our son, Jim and team evaluated several potential purchases. We've called Jim with short notice in emergency situations, for routine maintenance and even a few tough diagnostics. Repairs are done right with full disclosure from the team throughout the process so we have never been faced with a surprise a pick up time. Having used the BMW dealer repair service for warranty and recall items further highlights my complete satisfaction with the Driving Machine. Jim has even advised us when BMW had a recall that affected one of our vehicles knowing he won't profit from a repair but does so to continue an already high level of customer service and care.
